# Blocking

> Turn Shadow AI blocking on or off for each client. Page wording is on Branding.

Open **Blocking**. Turn Shadow AI blocking on or off for each client. It applies to every device of that client. Each switch starts off. Owners, admins, and staff change the switches. Members can view them.

Each row is one client. **ChatGPT** and **Claude** are separate switches. A switch on the row saves as soon as you change it. **Turn both on** and **Turn both off** set both switches on that row. **Turn on** and **Turn off** list **ChatGPT for all clients**, **Claude for all clients**, and **Both for all clients**. Confirm applies that choice. Clients already in that state stay as they are.

The words on the page are **Shadow AI** on the client's **Branding** tab. ChatGPT and Claude share the brand, title, and message. See [Branding](/branding).

On Windows, the service **MSPilot Agent** shows that page in the browser in place of chatgpt.com or claude.ai when the matching switch is on. The button opens the desktop app. Devices apply the change on the next config pull. You do not start or restart that service. Apple Silicon Macs do not run it.
