# ConnectWise RMM

> Sync computers, then install the agent.

ConnectWise RMM syncs computers into your clients. You need an API client ID and secret from ConnectWise.

## Connect

1. In MSPilot, open **Integrations** and choose **ConnectWise RMM**.
2. Enter **Client ID** and **Client secret**.
3. Leave **API base URL** blank unless the tenant is in the EU or AU. The field is behind **Optional API base URL**, and the placeholder says to leave it blank unless EU or AU.
4. Choose **Connect CW RMM**. MSPilot reports **ConnectWise RMM connected.**

Map each client to the ConnectWise company that should supply its devices. Open the client and use **ConnectWise mapping** on its **Overview** tab.

## Install the agent

Connecting does not install the agent.

On the client, open **Deployment**. Under **AI applications**, tick the apps to install, then choose **Copy script** (`mspilot-deploy.ps1`). In ConnectWise RMM, save it as **MSPilot install and enroll**, run as SYSTEM, with a task expected time of at least 5400 seconds. Select the Windows devices and run it. When Claude Desktop is included, keep a user signed in during the run, and restart Windows if the job reports `reboot_required=true`. You do not schedule a pull job; the agent schedules its own.
