Install

Deployment gives one script, MSPilot install and enroll. It installs the apps you tick under AI applications, then enrolls the machine, and runs as SYSTEM on every RMM.

Connectors

HaloPSA and Autotask import companies. NinjaOne, Datto, ConnectWise RMM, Level, ImmyBot, and Syncro connect and install the agent. ConnectWise PSA is listed, and import is not available.

Trust

Capture of prompt and response text is off for every client until that client wants it stored. HIPAA is not a switch in the dashboard. Email support@mspilot.io.
