Policy
Cowork instructions, skills, connectors, plugins, and per-client power model lists applied on the next config pull.
Open the client and choose Policy. The Claude Desktop tab is the one that saves. The ChatGPT tab on Policy is disabled. Owners, admins, and staff save. Devices apply the change on the next config pull.
Cowork global instructions is the text Claude Desktop uses for every Cowork session on this client’s machines. Plain text or markdown. Clear it to remove the file on the next pull.
Skills, Connectors, and Plugins are lists for that client. Add, edit, turn on or off, and remove each one. A connector can be a remote MCP server. Turning an item off leaves it in the list and stops the devices from using it.
Models is where power seats get their list. Choose Use organization defaults or Custom list for this client. The organization default is Organization → Power models: All catalog models or a custom list. Standard seats stay on MSPilot Auto either way. The labels in the model picker are documented on Seats.
