1

Bring in a client

Connect HaloPSA, Autotask, or ConnectWise Manage. You can also connect an RMM and import from it. With neither, create a standalone client.

Install

Under AI applications, tick Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, or both. With an RMM, choose Copy script and run it in the RMM as SYSTEM. On one Windows machine, download mspilot-install.exe, double-click it, and choose Yes when Windows asks for permission. Details are on Install. For an Apple Silicon Mac, pick macOS instead and follow macOS.
