Unenroll

Open Scripts in the dashboard. Pick the client so the RMM option matches that client. Removal is Windows only. There is no macOS unenroll or uninstall script in Admin. To take a Mac’s seat back, open the client’s Devices tab and choose Disable on that row. Disable any scheduled enrollment job first, or its next run will enroll the machine again. Disabling the device in MSPilot frees the seat. Run a removal installer when you also want the agent and apps off the machine.

Choose a path

Path	What you do
Run through the connected RMM	Copy script, paste it into a PowerShell job, run it as SYSTEM, and allow at least 300 seconds
Run on a Windows device	Download the `.exe`, double-click it, and choose Yes when Windows asks for permission

If you prefer PowerShell (Run as Administrator) for a downloaded file:

Use the same pattern with mspilot-unenroll.exe or mspilot-delete-all-ai-tools.exe when you downloaded one of those instead. The RMM copy is a short launcher. On every run it downloads the matching verified script from https://downloads.mspilot.io/agent/<channel>/ and checks it against that channel’s SHA256SUMS.

Use the combined action unless you need to keep the apps or keep enrollment.

You can download a removal file without selecting a client. Select a client when you want the RMM copy path. After unenroll, confirm the seat on the client’s Devices tab. Choose Disable if the row is still using a seat.
