How a client is created
Connect a PSA when you have one. HaloPSA and Autotask import companies and keep contacts in sync. ConnectWise PSA is listed in the product and import is not available yet. With an RMM and no PSA, that RMM’s organizations, sites, or groups become the clients. Use the connect guide for NinjaOne, Datto, ConnectWise RMM, Level, ImmyBot, or Syncro. Map each client to one vendor record. A vendor record maps to only one client. Standalone is for an organization with no PSA and no RMM. You create each client yourself and install the agent with PowerShell. Standalone cannot be combined with a PSA or with another RMM.What you set on a client
Owners, admins, and staff save these. Members can view them.
The organization’s home region is chosen once. The Environment tab shows that region. It is not a per-client picker.
Deleting this client permanently removes it from MSPilot, including local product data and agent assignments. The control is under Danger zone on the client’s Overview tab.
