MSPilot is the control plane an MSP uses to run Claude Desktop and ChatGPT for the clients it already supports. Clients come from the PSA, or from the RMM when there is no PSA. Each enrolled Windows machine or Apple Silicon Mac is a seat. The agent on that machine sends Claude and ChatGPT through the MSPilot gateway.A standard seat uses MSPilot Auto. A power seat can pick the models you turn on for that client. You can put your own name on the apps, attach skills and connectors, and decide whether conversation text is kept.
