Turn a client on
Open the client and choose Portal. Turn on Client portal and choose Save. The switch has to be saved before you can invite someone or open a preview. Under it, tick the sections that client should see:
Show cost (billable USD) sits under AI usage. It also shows cost on Devices and Reports. Leave it off to hide dollar amounts.
The portal’s Overview shows this month’s requests, active seats, top app, and connector calls for the sections you left on.
Invite someone
On the same Portal tab, under People, enter their email and choose Invite. The email contains one link. That link opens the right region. Do not rebuild it. A new person sets their name and a password of at least 8 characters. A person who already has a portal password enters that password. After they accept, the row is Active. Until then it is Pending. Resend sends the link again. Revoke ends the invitation or removes an active person. A revoked person cannot sign in to that client. Someone in more than one client picks the client after sign in. Forgot password on the portal sends a reset link for the region that holds their account. They can turn on two-step verification from Security in the portal menu.Look at it first
Open preview on the Portal tab opens a 10-minute read-only view in a new tab. The banner says it is a preview and that nothing is saved. Enable and save the portal first, and save any edits on the tab before you open it. Reloading the preview tab ends it. Open it again from the dashboard.Branding
